Our Teams are led by MIM Leaders who understand the needs of busy moms. Our leaders create a local team experience integrating weekly training plans, social get-togethers, giving back opportunities and a culminating event as the team's focal point. They appreciate that their MIM Teams are much more than a "training" team - they become a community where members return year after year to enjoy the supportive, yet challenging benefits MIM presents. Our teams are designed to help improve your fitness level and quality of life. Young or old, mom or not, in shape or out, it's about choosing to live healthier and surrounding yourself with like-minded friends and a support system. How cool is that?
