Moms In Motion : Connecting Moms Through Fitness

Life is too short not to...

 I discovered the Moms in Motion community when I was pregnant with my daughter last year. I clicked on the website and felt a funny feeling inside my stomach. No, it wasn't the baby moving. I was elated with joy to stumble upon such a great idea. Women joining forces to exercise together and benefit their communities while sharing in each other lives.

Well, my daughter turns one this month and I have joined in on the Moms In Motion fun by launching my own team in Las Vegas! I am in the midst of putting together a really great program and hope that women all over the valley will be able to share in the happiness that running has brought to me through the years and continues to bring to me on a daily basis. It seems like when there is something that needs to be figured out, you can go out for a run and by the time you get home, you've got it!
