The Challenge - If I choose to accept it!

Back to Blogs

The biggest challenge so far (and this is four years into a 4 y/o and 1 1/2 y/o). What is the best time to work out to ensure that it gets done????? Oh the million dollar question. So - with the boys getting up at night. 4 a.m. seems so soon after I fall back to sleep. Lunch time is ok but not quality sometimes - but better than nil (maybe that is what you do at this stage of children?) and evenings are rush to get ready for the next day, want to see the husband time and oh yeah - tired. More to come as I work on kicking this problem in the rear.

THat's a toughy. I struggle with this one as well. I think the big thing is to be flexible. Kids can really throw a wrench into plans. But what I found is even if I can get in 10 or 20 minutes a day that is something. THis is only a season of time where the kids are this demanding. Once they start school you will have more free time and you will be able to push yourself during your workouts without the hassle of trying to get into shape! good luck!
