Mission & Cause

The YWCA of Boulder County offers numerous programs that build self-esteem and develop skills necessary for people to stay economically self-sufficient. All program fees are based on a sliding scale, making them available to everyone.

Help

Members of the Boulder Moms in Motion 2008 Spring Running Team plan to donate their time, financial contributions and talents to help the YWCA to fulfill its mission. Examples include donating items to the Children's Alley Childcare Center Wish List, participating as attendees, volunteers or silent auction donors in the many well-established fundraising events that the YWCA hosts, with proceeds benefiting a wide range of programs. Team members are also encouraged to volunteer their time and talents to their choice of the YWCA's programs, such as Children's Alley, EDGE: The Girls Empowerment Program, the Family Resource Center, Wise Women, or the Lifeskills Training Program.
