Thank you for your interest. When you click on the sign up button below, you will see a list of Moms In Motion® Teams to choose from. You may select only one Team. You will then be asked to fill out a brief online form, to choose a password to access the website, to accept our General Release & Waiver,  and to pay now by credit card.

Once we receive your Annual Membership Fee, we will activate your membership for one year from the date of sign up. You may pay by credit card securly online thru Paypal. The Annual Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. We will activate your membership within 24 hours of payment verification. You may then access your team's website by clicking on Member Login, and using the username and password you set up at the time of sign up. If you are an Active Member of a previous team and signing up for a team with a start date that falls before your annual membership expires, no payment will be necessary at this time. You will immediately be able to access your new team with the same username and password you set up before.

A shipping and handling charge of $4.95 for the Team Shirt and a small Paypal processing fee will be automatically added to your payment.
