Team Overview

Do you want to improve your current fitness level and performance in your sport?
Would you like to carve out time for yourself and give back to your community?

If you've answered yes to any of these questions, then our Moms In Motion Team is perfect for you!

This intense total body workout is designed to improve muscular strength and endurance utilizing free weights, stability balls, resistance bands, etc. Effective for overall conditioning and an excellent compliment to any cardio workout. Members are encouraged to bring the following items for optimum benefits: (Items can be stored at City Dance if so desired.) 1- a light set of hand weights (3 to 8 lbs recommended, according to current ability levels) 2- a heavy set of hand weights (8 to 12 lbs recommended, according to current ability levels) 3- fitness/stability ball 4- water 5- towel optional: mat for floor work and stretching

Meeting Days / Times

This class will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at City Dance Center on Rt. 1 in Biddeford.

Registration Fees / Perks

Annual membership fee : $65.00

Annual membership fee includes a custom designed team athletic top ($60 retail value) and members-only access to your Local Team's Private Website that includes your team schedule, weekly workouts, team discussions, blogs, emails & e-newsletters. The annual membership is discounted by $20 after your first year and does not include the athletic top.

Team fee : $10.00 per class
