Team Overview

Do you want to challenge yourself in a new way, get fit and have fun?

If you've answered yes to any of these questions, then our Moms In Motion Team is perfect for you!

Snowshoe running is the fastest growing winter sport in the country! The Southern Maine Snowshoe Running team is perfect for anyone looking for a way to get fit, stay fit, or enhance your winter training. It is great for beginners, those who are accomplished runners, and anyone in between.  The team will meet on four Saturday mornings in January and February. Participants will recieve a 7 week training program that focuses on endurance and interval training. Registration for the Kingman Farm event opens on January 1st. This event is open to only 100 competitors so you must register early if you plan on competing in this event. Meeting Days / Times

We will meet on the following four Saturday mornings: 1/09/2010, 1/16/2010, 1/30/2010 and 2/6/2010. Practices will be held at varying locations from 8am to 10am. Weather permiting, of course.

Registration Fees / Perks

Annual membership fee : $65.00

Annual membership fee includes a custom designed team athletic top ($60 retail value) and members-only access to your Local Team's Private Website that includes your team schedule, weekly workouts, team discussions, blogs, emails & e-newsletters. The annual membership is discounted by $20 after your first year and does not include the athletic top.
