Moms In Motion : Connecting Moms Through Fitness

My name is Crissie and I am not a mom. My good friend Lisa, a new mom herself, also joined the group and we promised to train together and keep each other accountable. The best part about Moms In Motion is the group itself. It's a community come together: It's old friends and new friends, families and teachers, scientists, trainers and therapists of all sorts.

It's competitive athletes to people who question, "I'm an athlete?!". And it's even old cheerleading buddies. (You know who you are Allison!) I am inspired by this dedicated group of smart, fit moms who are passing down the joy of exercise and a love of life to the next generation. Thank you for your support and knowledge.
