I am a registered dietitian in love with sports performance. I started doing sprint tiathlones three years ago after believing that I would not ever be able to run again due to a serious accident several years ago. I love the body and it's ability to heal it'self given the nutrition that it can use to rebuild. I stay fit because that way my body does not hurt. My passion is helping other women achieve thier health goals. I see health as a lifstyle and encourage everyone to seek out a healthy lifestyle instead of focusing on loosing weight or even getting in shape. there is not place to get to so start with where you are right now and fall in love with health. It's amaizing how quickly your mind and body will respond when you feed it loving thoughts and intentions. Let that be the food for your mind and you will find yourself desireing to put only good food into it. That is how I have kept my weight down for six years and that is how I train people that work with me.
