I am thrilled to have this opportunity to help others take care of and evolve into the best versions of themselves! I’ve been a Moms In Motion Leader for 12 years! As a mom of two, I understand first-hand the effort it takes to “make time for me!” At the same time, I also understand how much better I feel when I take care of myself, and how I’m a better mom, wife, leader and human being for that matter!
I am a Clinical Psychologist, a Professor at UCSB and Fitness Professional. I have a sincere passion for fitness and am an endurance athlete, competing in Olympic Distance Triathlons, Century Bike Rides and 10km Running Events throughout the year.
A phrase I live by is “It all starts with just one small step!” My passion is helping other women, moms in particular, to not simply survive, but to THRIVE!
